Rs. 1 per case is charged after the fair usage is crossed.

Is the software offline or online?

EzeeLab runs completely online. But we unofficially offer MS-Word templates to be used in emergency.

Do I need windows 7 or windows 10?

You do not need to worry about the version of the operating system. All you need is Google chrome browser and an internet connection.

Do you offer distribution or reselling programs?

Currently we are not offering these. Please drop us an email to info@ezeelab.com with your interest, so that we can get back to you when we launch any such programs.

Can you make feature changes for my lab?

We work on market feedback and prioritize development based on several factors like relevance, feasibility, urgency, status of current development pipeline. If you find something missing, please contribute by providing your valuable feedback.

What happens to my data, if I plan to discontinue?

We will ensure you have access to your data. Either we will provide software access or downloadable files in csv and pdf format.
